This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (except Sundays and public holidays).
- During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), processing time may take longer.
- You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier companies such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, and others.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
- Tier 2/Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 working days
- Remote/Out-of-service areas: 5–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions.
- Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be visible at checkout.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply based on location and order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link
You can track your order anytime through the courier’s website or through your Sellzys account (if available).
5. Address & Delivery Attempts
- Please provide accurate and complete address details during checkout.
- Courier companies usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us and the order may be cancelled.
6. Delayed Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier company issues
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
7. Damaged / Tampered Deliveries
If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, you must:
- Take photos/video of the parcel
- Refuse delivery (if possible)
- Contact Sellzys support immediately
We will arrange a replacement or solution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Sellzys ships only within India.
International shipping options may be added in the future.
9. Change of Delivery Address
If you want to change your delivery address:
- Request must be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Address cannot be changed once the order is shipped.
