SELLZYS SELLER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the Seller (“You”) and Sellzys. By listing any product on the Sellzys platform, you agree to the following terms:
I. Facilitation Role
Sellzys acts solely as a multi-vendor marketplace facilitator. Sellzys is not a manufacturer, retailer, or distributor of the goods listed. The contract for sale is directly between you and the Buyer.
II. Prohibited Items & Weight Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from listing, selling, or shipping the following:

Weight Limit: Any item or bundle exceeding a total weight of 30kg.

Adult Content: Sex-related products, adult toys, or pornographic material.

Narcotics & Tobacco: Illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, E-cigarettes, vapes, and nicotine delivery systems.

Government Banned Items: Any item prohibited under the laws of India or the State of Haryana.

Note: Violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payments.
III. Operational Mandates

Shipping: You must ship the item within 3 days of order placement. Failure to provide valid tracking details within this window will result in an automatic refund to the Buyer.

Payment Hold: You acknowledge that Sellzys will hold the Buyer’s payment in a secure escrow-style account.

Payment Release: Funds will be released to the Seller only after the Buyer confirms “OK” or the 3-day inspection window expires without a dispute.
IV. Finality of Dispute Decisions
In the event of a dispute regarding item condition, delivery, or returns:

The decision taken by the Sellzys Internal Dispute Team is FINAL.

You agree to abide by this decision without question or further appeal.

Sellzys shall have no liability to the Seller for decisions made in good faith regarding refunds or returns.
V. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings, claims, or matters arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Gurugram, Haryana only.
