Step 1: Order Placement & Shipping Window
Once a buyer places an order and makes a payment:
The 3-Day Rule: The supplier has exactly 3 days to ship the product
and upload the tracking details to our platform.
Failed Shipments: If the supplier fails to ship within this timeframe,
the order is cancelled, and the money is automatically refunded to the
buyer.
Step 2: Secure Payment Hold
When the supplier ships the item and provides tracking:
Sellzys Protection: The payment is not sent to the supplier
immediately. Instead, Sellzys holds the money securely to protect the
buyer’s interest while the package is in transit.
Step 3: Delivery & Inspection
Once the package is delivered to the buyer:
The Review Period: The buyer has 3 days to inspect the material and
ensure it meets their expectations.
Two Options: The buyer must either Confirm the order or request a Return.

Step 4: Final Settlement (The Two Paths)
Path A: The Buyer is Satisfied (Confirmation)
If the buyer confirms the product is okay (or if the 3-day inspection
window passes without a dispute):
Payment Release: Sellzys releases the funds to the supplier.
Payout: The money will be deposited into the supplier’s account in the
next scheduled payment cycle.
Path B: The Buyer is Not Satisfied (Return)
If the product is not as described or is damaged:
Reshipping: The buyer must ship the item back to the supplier.
Supplier Verification: Once the supplier receives the returned goods
and confirms they are in the original condition:
Buyer Refund: The money is released back to the buyer’s account in the
next payment cycle.
