SELLZYS BUYER SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs your purchases on Sellzys. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

I. Platform Nature

You acknowledge that you are purchasing goods (New or Used) from independent third-party Sellers. Sellzys does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items.

II. Prohibited Transactions

Buyers are prohibited from purchasing:

  • Items exceeding 30kg.

  • Sex-related products, narcotics, or E-cigarettes/vaping products. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions will result in a permanent ban.

III. Inspection and Confirmation

  1. 3-Day Rule: Upon delivery, you have exactly 3 days to inspect the item.

  2. Confirmation: If you are satisfied, you must click “Confirm OK.” If no action is taken within 3 days, the system will automatically release the money to the Seller.

  3. Returns: Return requests must be filed within the 3-day window. The item must be reshipped in the exact condition received.

IV. Sellzys as Final Arbiter

In case of a conflict between you and a Seller:

  • The decision of the Sellzys Team is absolute and binding.

  • By using this platform, you waive any right to contest, litigate, or question the final resolution provided by Sellzys.

  • Sellzys is held harmless from any dissatisfaction regarding the outcome of a dispute.

V. Indemnity & Liability

Sellzys is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from a transaction. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the transaction fee paid for that specific order.

VI. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes that are not resolved by the Sellzys team and are taken to a court of law shall be filed and heard exclusively in the Courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

3. SELLZYS PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

  • Data Usage: Sellzys collects user data (Name, Address, Phone) solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and dispute resolution.

  • Evidence Collection: All chat logs, unboxing videos provided for disputes, and transaction history are stored securely and will be admissible as evidence in Gurgaon Court should legal action arise.

  • Third Parties: Data is only shared with shipping partners and the counter-party of a transaction (Seller/Buyer).
