This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel an order before it is shipped.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
a) Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order within 2–4 hours of placing it or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.

If the cancellation request is approved, the order will be cancelled and you will receive confirmation via email.
b) After Shipment
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- You may request a return after the product is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation by Sellzys
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or product listing errors
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Suspicious or fraudulent orders
- Incorrect shipping address or non-serviceable location
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email/phone, and we will process a full refund.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
a) Prepaid Orders
If the order was prepaid (online payment):
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
b) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- No refund is required for COD orders since no payment was made at the time of placing the order.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items cannot be cancelled once ordered, including:
- Products marked as “Non-Cancellable”
- Special orders or custom items
- Items purchased under flash sale/limited-time deals
